G. Wayne Reyes, CPM


President, American Spectrum Management Group, Inc.

Mr. Reyes has more than 25 years of experience in management, leasing, construction and allied accounting for portfolios of office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Corpus Christi.

As President, Wayne’s responsibilities include evaluating and implementing pro forma performance, meeting target leasing goals and overseeing the property management and leasing operations for all owned and third party properties throughout the country.

Wayne´s career involvement in the commercial real estate market includes having twice served as President of the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He holds a Texas real estate broker´s license and the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®). He attended Texas State University.

Todd Gresky


Vice President, Asset / Operations American Spectrum Self Storage Management

Todd Gresky joined American Spectrum in July 2010 as Regional Manager in the self Storage Division for Houston and Ft. Worth. He was then promoted to Director of Operations overseeing the entire self storage portfolio while supervising 40 properties in nine states. Todd has 22 years of multi-unit management experience and most recently six years in the storage industry, which include District Manager with Public Storage, a public company. Todd’s focus is to increase occupancy, revenue and net operating income for the 1st American Storage properties while streamlining operations of the Storage Division. Todd has a bachelor’s degree in business management, having graduated with honors from Texas Christian University.

Roddy Camper


National Brand Manager, National Brand Manager

Roddy has more than 25 years of management experience in retail, hospitality and storage industries. The last 16 of those years include multi-unit management experience in all three industries with sales and profit growth in every industry. Roddy’s mission is to help build a world class management company focused on best experience for the customers, best place to work for the employees and consistent profitable sales growth for our investors. Roddy has a master’s degree specializing in organizational leadership and a bachelor’s degree in psychology along with membership in two honor societies.

Chris Castillo


Regional Manager, American Spectrum Management Group, Inc.

Chris Castillo joined American Spectrum in October 2012 as Regional Manager in the Self Storage Division. Chris currently oversees storage facilities in Texas, Arizona, Nevada and California. His focus is on increasing revenue, occupancy, people development and setting standard operating procedures. Chris has 12 years of multi – unit management experience, and three years in the storage industry, which include Public Storage, a public company.

Kimberly Van Doren


Regional Manager, American Spectrum Management Group, Inc.

Kimberly (Kim) joined American Spectrum in December 2010 as a Property Manager in the Self Storage Division. Kim has over 15 years experience in customer service, retail sales, and office management. Kim’s focus is on increasing revenue, occupancy, and providing a great place to work while serving our customers. In July 2013 Kim was promoted to Storage Division Training Manager a position where she was instrumental in reinforcing the knowledge and execution of our day to day processes within the entire division. Kim has since been promoted to Southeast Area Manager. Kim attended Keiser University in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
